Lake Francis Case Development Corporation
Lake Francis Case Development Corporation is located in south central South Dakota at the crossroads of Interstate 90 and the majestic Missouri River. This long, gently winding water-way extends for approximately 100 miles.
Our Communities
The communities of the Corporation include Chamberlain, Oacoma, Lower Brule, Kimball and Reliance. The area offers limitless development opportunities and its proximity to Interstate 90 and the Highway 16 Bridge is ideal for easy access and transportation needs. This area is prime location to start, buy or relocate a business.
Besides location, there are many other reasons to consider relocating to the beautiful communities of the Lake Francis Case area:
- affordable housing
- agreeable entertainment
- quaint downtown area
- safe atmosphere
This all makes it an ideal place to live, work and raise a family. It is also a great destination for those who just want to enjoy a refreshing, relaxing visit.
Enjoy the Missouri River
There are many recreational opportunities in the area. We have some of the best walleye fishing in the state. Popularly fished species include walleye, northern pike, perch and several species of bass. Lake Francis Case cuts through grassy prairie and grain fields that provide habitat for pheasant, sharp-tailed grouse, prairie chickens, turkeys and geese. Hunters also pursue big-game animals such as white-tailed deer, mule deer and antelope.
When you're ready to reconnect with the world, visit the communities of Chamberlain, Oacoma, Lower Brule, Kimball and Reliance. There are few places in the Great Plains that can match the variety of hunting offered by the communities of the Lake Francis Case Development Corporation.
